ขั้นตอนการผลิต / Manufacturing Process

รับน้ำดิบจากการประปา หรือแหล่งน้ำอื่นๆ ที่ได้คุณภาพ
(ในกรณีที่เป็นแหล่งน้ำดื่ม
จะมีการตรวจค่ามาตรฐาน
ก่อนรับเข้าการผลิต)
Raw water from Provincial Waterworks Authority is delivered to the factory.
In case raw water from this source is scarce, ground water
from other reliable sources will be delivered with quality examination before reaching our filtration system.

กรองสนิมเหล็ก
ด้วยแอนทราไซต์
Iron and rusts are filtered out by Anthracite.

กรองกลิ่น สี คลอรีน
ในน้ำดิบด้วยคาร์บอน
Colour, Odor and
Chlorine are filtered
out by Carbon.

กรองหินปูนและ
ความกระด้างด้วยเรซิน
Limestone and harness are filtered out by Resin.

กรองสิ่งตกค้างด้วย
ไมโครฟิวเตรชั่น
ขนาด 5 ไมครอน
Other residual
substances are filtered out with our 5-micron microfiltration membranes.

ขนาด 0.001 ไมครอน
Residual subtances
or any contamination
are finally disposed by 0.001-micron Reverse Osmosis system.

Filtered water is
stored in storage tanks
with Ozone being controlled for its concentration not to be over 0.2 PPm or mg/ L to disinfect germs and bacteria in water.

Finally, disinfect the water before filling process with Ultraviolet rays.

ตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำ ได้แก่
ค่าความเป็นกรดด่าง,
ค่าสารละลายในน้ำ,
ค่าความขุ่น, ค่าความกระด้าง และจุลินทรีย์ในน้ำ
ทุกๆ 2 ชั่วโมง
และตรวจสอบบรรจุภัณฑ์
ว่ามีการชำรุดหรือไม่
Quality control on pH, Total Dissolved Solids, Turbidity, Hardness, Contamination as well as packaging every 2 hours.

จัดเก็บสินค้าที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบในอาคารเก็บสินค้า
Finish goods is stored in our storage building.
